Why we publish our prices

We have never hidden the numbers. This is why, and how we think about what each plan should and should not include.

When we started, a friend who runs a larger software company told us to put “contact sales” on every plan. We did the opposite. Our pricing page lists every price, and here is our reasoning.

People should be able to decide on their own

Most of our customers are teams of five to fifty. They do not want a call to find out whether they can afford a tool. They want to know, and then try it.

How we decide what goes in each plan

  • Starter is genuinely useful on its own, with no time limit.
  • Growth adds what a team needs when more than a few people depend on it.
  • Scale adds what a larger organisation requires: single sign-on, audit logs and a dedicated contact.

We would rather have a customer on Starter who tells a colleague than a customer on a plan they do not need. If a plan feels wrong for you, tell us. We have moved features between plans before, and we will again.
